They are now looking for a proactive, organized, and self-motivated Recruitment Resourcer & Administration Coordinator to join our growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting directly to an Australia-based manager as part of the Recruitment Operations team, you will collaborate closely with recruiters and leadership to source top talent, manage compliance documentation, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Your key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing & Screening: Proactively discover, map, and engage qualified healthcare candidates across multiple digital sourcing platforms and professional networks
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct engaging initial phone interviews, verify professional reference checks, and foster strong, long-term relationships with candidates
- Compliance Management: Coordinate the onboarding pipeline by auditing and monitoring essential documentation, including police checks, working rights, vaccination records, and professional training registries
- Database & ATS Integrity: Maintain highly accurate, real-time candidate profiles, pipeline statuses, and administrative records within the JobAdder platform
- Ad Optimization & Operations: Author, publish, and track compelling job advertisements across major job boards, while assisting with roster coordination, shift confirmations, and payroll prep support via Xero
- Team Administration: Provide exceptional customer service and professional administrative support by responding efficiently to incoming phone and email inquiries.
What You’ll Bring
- Industry Experience: Proven background in recruitment support, healthcare administration, candidate sourcing, labor-hire coordination, or high-volume customer service
- Organizational Mastery: High attention to detail, exceptional time management skills, and a methodical approach to managing compliance and database tracking
- Digital Literacy: Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365, cloud-based applications, and navigating CRM or recruitment ATS architecture
Bonus Points For:
- Hands-on experience utilizing JobAdder or similar recruitment CRM ecosystems
- Familiarity with Xero or equivalent accounting and invoicing platforms
- A strong, foundational understanding of Australian healthcare compliance benchmarks and regulatory training mandates
